1. What canvas do we use ? We use 100% pure brilliant white cotton canvas 360gsm
2. What print resolution do we use ? We Use 1440 dpi twice the resolution as other canvas printers, this means you get a much sharper quality picture.
3. can we do other custom sizes ? Yes we do if you would like a size that you cannot see on the website please get in touch with us.
4. What does bleeding mean ? Bleeding means that the print goes around the frame where as with none bleeding the print is only on the front with white sides
5. What is sepia ? Sepia is where we turn you photo from the modern look to the old fashioned look this effect can be very effective.
6. Do i need a certain pixeled camera to have a canvas made. ? That depends on what size canvas you would like although the higher the pixel the better the quality of the print.
7. I take  professional photos do you ever reuse them. ? No never we delete them off our system please check our privacy policy for more details.
8. The canvas is for a special occassion can i have a message put onto the print.? Yes you most certainly can all you need to do is when you send us your photo put your special requirements underneath your google checkout number.
9. I want to order more than one canvas is there a postage discount ? There is postage discount available for orders of more than one canvas which is automatically deducted for you at checkout.
10. If i order today does that mean i will receive the canvas within 48 hours? No the 48 hour despatch time means your order will leave us within 48 hours once the item is despatched it all depends on how quickly the postal service works in getting your canvas to you.
